A restaurant chain needed to answer recurring questions about locations, orders and membership benefits without requiring staff to search multiple systems for each reply.
We developed an AI support application connected to a maintained knowledge base and business systems. It transferred complex inquiries to staff with the conversation history. The project included access controls, audit logs and ongoing evaluation. Complaints, disputed refunds and other high-risk requests remained subject to human review.
