The core of the PCC is to answer whether key technical assumptions are valid, such as whether the model can extract fields from a genuine contract, whether the RG can correctly quote, and whether Agent can securely call tools. The MVP further answers whether the target user is willing to use them on a continuous basis and whether a full mission can produce business value. The production version also adds full identification privileges, reliability of interfaces, security, monitoring, high availability and operation. The contract should state the objectives and content of each phase separately, and avoid misperception of the presentation page as an upline delivery.
What conditions need to be identified before judgement is made?

The AIC contract review allows for the identification of terms, risk classification and quality of references; MVP needs to have legal matters upload contracts, view the basis, modify conclusions and record them. The formal system also has access to identity, contract library, authority, audit, monitoring and distribution processes.

When preparing to communicate with suppliers or internal teams, it is recommended that current processes, representative samples, existing systems, planning time and budget levels be brought. First, the unknown items are clearly marked, and then the decision is made to use diagnostics, PoC, fixed-range projects or ongoing research and development, which is usually more reliable than a direct demand for a price and duration without borders.
