What conditions need to be identified before judgement is made?

If the client service knowledge base is complete and the type of question is clear, search, quotation, and refusal can be verified within two to four weeks. If the PoC finds that the policy version is in conflict, the enterprise should first manage knowledge; the direct development of the complete customer service backstage will only send the wrong answer to the user faster.

The POC should deliver the task set, baselines, models and configuration versions, results-by-out, failure classification, costs, risks and production gaps.
When preparing to communicate with suppliers or internal teams, it is recommended that current processes, representative samples, existing systems, planning time and budget levels be brought. First, the unknown items are clearly marked, and then the decision is made to use diagnostics, PoC, fixed-range projects or ongoing research and development, which is usually more reliable than a direct demand for a price and duration without borders.
